than covers, add 10%. ALL COVERS AND PREFERRED POSITIONS ARE
NON-CANCELABLE.
Cancellation Policy: Advertisers must cancel their
ads on or before three business days of signing contract.
Covers and preferred positions are non-cancelable.
Inserts: Inserts quoted on request.
Reprints: Reprints quoted on request.
Make-Goods: Full or partial make-goods will be offered
for errors within the publisher's control. Every attempt will
be made to alert advertiser of potential production problems.
Magazine is not responsible for poor reproduction resulting
from improperly prepared art and substitution of suitable
art will incur a charge. Magazine is not responsible for advertiser
related reproduction errors. Furthermore, publisher shall
not be liable for damages if for any reason an advertisement
fails to be published. If this situation occurs, publisher
agrees to fulfill insertion in the next desired issue.

Saint Charles Magazine
is printed with four-color process throughout. Trim size is
8 3/8" x 107/8".
Keep all essential elements 3/8" from trim edges.
Bleed Ads: Add 1/8" for bleeds. Bleed size is
8 5/8" x 11 1/8", ad area is 8 3/8" x 10 7/8".
Acceptable File Formats: Quark XPress for Mac, Adobe
Illustrator EPS, Photoshop EPS, TIFF or JPEG at 300 DPI or
higher, or print quality PDFs. All in CMYK format.
Proofs: All digital ads must
be submitted with MatchPrint or comparable hard copy proof
is provided.

Contract Specifications
All agreements are subject to change due to strikes, fire, floods,
or any act of God beyond the publisher’s control. Advertisers
and/or their agencies agree to indemnify the publisher against all
expenses of any nature that may be incurred through the unauthorized
use of names or photos appearing in advertising copy; also, if any
copyright infringements or if any copyright laws are violated. Advertisers
are ultimately responsible and liable for payment of advertising
placed by an agency in the event that agency defaults payment to
publisher.
Collections:
If an advertiser and/or agency defaults (bill past due more than
60 days), collection will be referred for legal action. Advertiser
and agency are jointly liable for all fees and sums charged by collection
agency and/or attorney’s fees, plus court costs incurred by
the publisher in the event of judicial, probate or bankruptcy proceedings
in the collection of such bills.
Late Charges:
Interest of 11/2% per month will be charged on overdue balances.
Publisher reserves the right to decline advertising which does not
meet publisher’s approval.
